Answers to frequently asked questions
Is a deposit required? Yes, a $20.00 deposit is required to be paid at least 7 days in advance. This will reserve the starting time for your party.
Can I get a refund on my deposit? Yes, as long as you give a 4 day cancellation notice.
How far in advance do I have to schedule my party?
We suggest a 14 day notice, but will accept reservations with less notice if starting times are available.
Are tips required? No, but if you feel that the staff has earned a tip, please feel free to tip them direct.
Can I stay longer than the 3 hours allotted for my party? Yes, you can stay longer, but if another party is scheduled after yours you will be asked to move out of the party room.
What happens if we have bad weather? Our party room & game room is located indoors, but don't let a little rain stop you from venturing out in the maze, grab your rain coats and umbrellas and GET LOST!!
